Permissions of the OneNightIn app

The OneNightIn app for Android and iOS takes the protection of personal data very seriously and strictly adheres to the rules of data protection laws.

The OneNightIn app requires specific permissions to provide users with the best possible experience with our service.

This permission allows users to see relevant clubs, bars, and events in their environment. Location information comes from location services that use network location sources, such as towers or Wi-Fi. These location services must be available and enabled on the device for the app to use. Apps can use this data to determine the approximate location.

Get data from the internet / access to all networks

Provides the Internet connection between the app and the OneNightIn Server and is required to show the user up-to-date information (locations, events, cities, ...) in the app.


Only in this way can we notify the user about new information regarding a location or an event. The user will only receive notifications about locations or events that he himself has marked as "Interesting" or "Favorite".

External storage

This permission is required to save photos of a location or event.
